The ZS-600T-CF Automatic Continuous Side Sealer Comes Standard with a 600 mm Long PTFE Coated Cross Sealing Bar, Max. 180 mm Packing Height and a High-Volume Output Up to 50 Pcs/min.
Using with PVC and Polyolefin (POF) Films, This Model Can be an Ideal Solution for Continuous Shrink Wrapping of Long and Tall Products.
An Optional Extra is the ZS-6030T Heat Shrink Tunnel which can be Attached to the Continuous Side Sealer for Shrinking the Wrapped Products of PVC and POF Shrink Films.
1.Sealing knife uses the aluminum knife with DuPont Teflon which is anti-stick coating & anti-high temperature. So the sealing will not have cracking, coking smoking with zero pollution.
2.Built-in PID function. Sealing blade temperature is extremely sensitive accurate, we can be arbitrarily set.
3.Automatically-feeding: the length can be auto adjusted by the sensor time relay. Matched the reduction motor makes the waste film automatically rolling.
4.The sealing blade itself is also equipped with automatic protection function which effectively prevent from accidental cutting.
5.The entire machine realizes unmanned operation with the production line connecting.
6.Use of imported electrical components, reduce the use of failures to improve system stability.
7.Automatic mode manual mode can be switched at any time.
